Organization for Development Rehabilitation and Health
The Organization for Development, Rehabilitation and Health (ODRH) operates through a clearly defined organizational structure, designed to ensure efficient coordination, accountability, and alignment with its vision, mission, and strategic objectives. The organization’s activities are overseen by highly qualified and dedicated staff, under the leadership of the Executive Director. The Executive Director ensures that all operations adhere to the strategic plan and annual work plans developed to fulfill ODRH's core goals.
ODRH is governed by a General Assembly and a Board of Directors, which provide overall strategic guidance and oversight. The Executive Director, supported by a Deputy Director, manages the organization’s daily functions and ensures effective implementation of all programs and initiatives. In addition, an Internal Auditor and an Advisory Board contribute to transparency, accountability, and strategic counsel.
Includes thematic units led by specialized managers:
1. Education & Vocational Training
2. Capacity Development
3. Health
4. Agricultural, Livelihood & Food Security
5. Technical (Disability & Rehabilitation)
Responsible for managing relationships with donors and partners to ensure sustained funding and collaboration.
Headed by the Finance Manager, it includes Finance Officers and Cashiers who manage the organization's budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
Oversees Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning functions through Senior and Provincial M&E Officers to ensure program effectiveness and evidence-based planning.
Covers a broad range of administrative and support services through the following units:
1. HR Unit
2. Procurements & Logistics
3. Admin Unit
4. Gender & PSEA Focal Point
5. Inventory Management
6. IT & Web Development
Each department and unit functions within a clear chain of command, where team members report to their respective department heads or managers. In turn, these managers’ report directly to the Executive Director, ensuring a streamlined flow of communication and decision-making.
