Enhancing Institutional Capacity and Empowering Women
The Organization for Development, Rehabilitation, and Health (ODRH) is currently executing the Small Grant Project, which is funded by UN Women. This initiative is aimed at enhancing institutional capacity, strengthening operational efficiency, and building the competencies of women and organizations to promote gender equality in Afghanistan.
The primary objective of this project is to improve access to critical services, humanitarian assistance, sustainable livelihoods, and economic opportunities for Afghan women. By bolstering ODRH’s institutional capacity, this initiative ensures that our programs are more effective, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of the communities we serve. This encompasses organizational improvements, specialized staff training, and the development of culturally appropriate solutions to empower Afghan women.
