Mr. Edrees Taib is the Executive Director of the Organization for Development, Rehabilitation and Health (ODRH). He holds a master’s degree in business administration and has 10 years of experience in various fields, including education, women's empowerment, and organizational development. Mr. Taib oversees project teams and personnel to ensure the effective and timely execution of initiatives.
MIR JAN RASIKH

Mr. Mir Jan Rasikh is a social activist with 17 years of experience in fiduciary oversight, financial management, and community engagement. He actively participates in board meetings and oversees the policies and operations of the Organization for the Development, Rehabilitation and Health (ODRH).

Ms. Farima Saraji is a seasoned professional with a diverse academic background and significant expertise in organizational development and crisis management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has over ten years of experience with NGOs and INGOs, where she has contributed to organizational effectiveness through strategic planning and policy development.

Mr. Maiwand Younasi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kabul University, where he developed a solid understanding of economic theory. He has gained considerable experience working with national and international organizations, as well as government entities, specializing in project management, policy analysis, and economic development.
SHIWA MOHMADI
Board Member
Ms. Shiwa Mohmadi holds a Bachelor’s degree from Dawat University in Kabul and has eight years of experience with local and international organizations. Devoted to women's empowerment, she is keenly aware of the challenges faced by Afghan women, having grown up in a vulnerable and conflict-affected province. Ms. Mohmadi is committed to serving her community and advocating for women's needs.
AWAL KHAN WATAN DOST

Mr. Awal Khan Watan Dost is an experienced professional with a strong background in education, training, and program management. He holds a Master’s degree from India and has accumulated 10 years of diverse experience across various sectors. Throughout his career, Mr. Watan Dost has served as a Master Trainer, Program Manager, and policy analyst in national and international organizations.
